All prices are in AUD. GST is not currently charged. The proposal confirms timing once the scope, content, access and review process are understood.
What the custom scope includes

- Search and analytics setup, enquiry testing, launch and handover
Managed care limits
Where included in the proposal, managed care covers hosting, backups, monitoring, scheduled form checks, up to 30 minutes of small edits each month and a quarterly review. Unused edit time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, content production and urgent or after-hours work need a separate quote. Monitoring does not include a staffed 24-hour response. After 24 months, choose handover to your own hosting or ask for a separately quoted care arrangement.
Website ownership and handover
Your domain and business accounts stay in your name. Once the agreed project payments are complete, you receive the website files and the final content created for your project. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences. The proposal records any exceptions and the process for cancellation or early handover before work starts.
Work that needs a separate quote
Online shops, customer accounts, complex booking systems, external integrations and larger data-backed tools sit outside the starting scope. Large content migrations, photography, logo work, legal writing and third-party fees are also quoted separately when needed.

Who provides the website content?
You provide the business facts, service details, existing brand material and images. The custom website scope includes page planning and draft writing based on the workshop and that material. You check the facts, prices and claims before publication.
Can the site link to my booking system?
Yes. A normal button to an existing booking service can be included in the agreed site scope. Building a new booking system, customer login or complex connection between services is custom software and needs a separate quote.
Is ongoing care included?
The managed payment option includes defined care during its 24-month term. After that, or for an outright project, ongoing care is quoted around the support you need.
How the website is built
The site is built to work across phones and computers, with clear paths for calls, enquiries and ordinary links to services you already use.
Servo ICT uses Astro for focused business websites. It sends the page content as lightweight HTML and adds interactive code where it is useful. Astro is open source, and the agreed source and deployment notes are included so another developer can maintain the site.
